You are a few steps away from starting on an exciting fundraising journey! Registering your organisation for FundStar is easy. In order to register and receive donations, you must be an official representative of an eligible organisation with authority to access and manage the FundStar program and information on behalf of their organisation.
Simply follow the steps below:
Select the sector your organisation is operating in and fill in the registration form. Be sure to register the correct organisation by adding your charity number or URN, as many charitable organisations have similar names.
Enter your administrator user information (we recommend that you use an email address that is associated with your organisation) and submit your organisation’s bank account information.
Accept the FundStar Terms & Conditions on behalf of your organisation and sign the form.
Once your account is set up, you’ll be invited to verify your email address and access your account.
Upload a copy of a bank statement to verify your organisation’s bank account information.
Once your organisation is set up, your account manager will be in touch to help you set up your first fundraising campaign and promote FundStar to your supporters.
